Now this is a great group of toys that will put a little Back to the Future in your Binding of Isaac. With it, you get the Hoverboard, Sports Almanac, and Flux Capacitor. The Hoverboard increases your speed and allows you flight when not in combat, the Capacity has a chance of transporting you up or down a floor, and the Alamanac will drop a penny every time you enter a newly discovered room. Together, these nifty toys offer some time-travel-inspired fun sure to liven up your run.

No Scum Rooms

There are few things as soul-crushing in Binding of Isaac than a cruddy room built to damage you that simply must be traversed in order to proceed. It's time to check these awful rooms at the door. This mod goes through and rearranges many of these nasty rooms in order to make them passable without taking damage. The threat isn't entirely removed, but at least it's not going to 100% ruin you without fail.

Treadmill

It's time to trim the fat and get fit! This mod supplies you with the Treadmill as an active item. After a two-room charge. you can use the treadmill to make your character run for about five seconds. Afterwards, you'll feel strong with an attack multiplier, but also be worn out with a negative effect on speed for a short while.

Nothing says "I don't like you" like compressing someone into singularity. This mod adds a new black hole weapon to use as you see fit. Just place this baby and watch it suck your enemies in and damage them over time like the biggest of death hugs. The Black Hole great for clearing rooms packed with small annoying enemies or holding a bigger enemy down for a second to buy yourself some precious time.

With this mod, upon spawn you will be transported to a maze where you must collect all the pellets and fruit while avoiding the ghosts. Collect power pellets to devour the ghosts and send them packing! Honestly a surprisingly charming and creative rendition of Pacman for the Binding of Isaac style. Comes complete with arcade UI to match the game. Can you beat your high score?
